As all our clients are our top priority, we feel it is only right that you are able to call for a consultation and receive good, sound, honest advice. With that in mind, all consultations are free of charge.
When you call to book an appointment a deposit will be payable. Experience has taught us that this cuts down on cancellations and we are therefore able to accommodate our guests better.
Should you find you are unable to attend your appointment, all we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible and we will try our very best to re-book you at a time of your convenience.
Due to the nature of the treatments on offer we require 48 hours notice.
All cancellations are fully refundable with 48 hours notice.
